Pour over

Uses : Bright clean cup that accentuates each specific flavor of the coffee.

Ratio : 18g of coffee, 300g of fresh water

Grind : Medium/Fine. A 16 on a Baratza Encore is a great place to start.

Time : 2:30-3:00. Adjust grind size to hit this final mark.

Bloom : 30-45 seconds

Notes : Bring water to a near boil, and carefully saturate all the grounds evenly with about 40g of water as you start your timer. After 30-45 seconds, slowly pour the remainder of your water in concentric circles and in a manner that the brew completes within 3 minutes. Enjoy!
