This is our third year buying from Finca Terrerito, a fifth generation farm in Copan that also buys from neighboring producers. The 90+ hour anaerobic are carried out in sealed tanks, transforming organic compounds into acids and alcohols, creating explosive flavors. The coffees are then dried on African beds for 15 days. This lot boasts a juicy tropical profile with tons of red fruits and lingering sweetness.
