A rare Ethiopian micro-lot from the Bura zone of Sidama, grown at 2,380-2,500 masl, among the highest coffee-growing elevations in the world. Only 200 bags came from this harvest, cultivated by 500 smallholders growing local heirloom varieties, including the prized 74158. This lot was Sourced by Karamo Coffee, founded by Niguse Gemeda, who won Ethiopia's first-ever Cup of Excellence in 2020.

Fully ripe cherries are hand-selected and carefully de-pulped using a Penagos machine, leaving part of the mucilage intact. The coffee is then slowly dried under shade on raised beds for 22 to 25 days, depending on the weather.
